Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription from Yarn Nerds, you agree to recurring charges based on the subscription plan you selected. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until your subscription is canceled.

You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your customer account. To avoid being charged for your next renewal, any changes must be made before your next billing date.

Because many of our subscription products are hand dyed, made to order, or specially prepared for subscribers, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

If your subscription includes hand-dyed yarn, please note that each skein is unique. Slight variations in color are a natural part of the hand-dyeing process and make every skein one of a kind.
