Yarn Nerds Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Hand dyed yarns may take additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email. If a color is not on hand, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to dye, dry, and get shipped out. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Flat rate based on order weight.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Additional charges apply.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Yarn Nerds is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If your package has not arrived, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at compliance@yarnnerds.com.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup may be available upon request. Contact us before placing an order to arrange pickup details.
